This course will detail the most common processes and most used features of SampleManager LIMS, paving the way for any laboratory analyst to become an expert.  

You will learn: 

• Standard SampleManager terminology
• How to navigate the system
• What Jobs are and how do they work
• Sample Lifecycle Process (Creation to Authorization)
• Result Entry options
• Result and Sample Authorization
• How to view and use the Audit History

This course includes practical examples, a handbook for reference, section quizzes to review content, and a final exam to challenge participants.  Successfully complete the exam with a score of 80% or higher, and you’ll receive a certificate of completion. You will have the ability to re-take the exam.  This course is available to stream as much as you'd like for 60 days!  

Requirements

It’s recommended that you have some background in general laboratory processes before taking this course.  This course is designed for operators/technicians, analysts, laboratory managers, quality members, and others that may need a good understanding of the system.
